Eureka!

My husband and I tasted the raw milk at the farmer's market today, and we preferred the skim milk (we've both been drinking skim milk for a long time, so we're just used to it I guess).  Lucky for us, the skim milk is only $3 per 1/2 gallon.  So raw skim milk it is!  Unlike conventional skim milk there is nothing added to the milk, the only processing is that the cream was skimmed off the top.  Of course, we'll make sure to eat our butter and cream to get the healthy fats from the milk.
